The Outstanding Creator Awards prides itself on running contests as efficiently and fairly as possible to the best of its abilities. All of its activities, however and whenever possible, are performed in good faith and within the laws of the United States in which it was founded and operates.
By using and viewing the content on this site, you are agreeing not to plagiarize, reproduce, or otherwise copy the intellectual property of the organizers of this site or participants in its contests.
By submitting your work, you are agreeing to allow contest judges and organizers of OutstandingCreator.com to view, download, and evaluate your work. You are agreeing to allow judges and organizers of OutstandingCreator.com to share your work on OutstandingCreator.com and its related social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) within reason such as to announce winners or finalists or an especially inspirational or interesting entrant. You understand that this may also be done to draw attention and notoriety to the contests. This absolutely does not wave your rights to or your ownership of your intellectual property.
You acknowledge that by participating in the Outstanding Creator Awards contests that you are not guaranteed a satisfactory outcome (i.e. victory). At the same time, the Outstanding Creator Awards promises to do its best in thoughtfully and thoroughly evaluating and judging your entry.
You acknowledge that your entry can be denied for any reason (although most commonly for adult or offensive content).
You acknowledge that by participating in the Outstanding Creator Awards contests that you are required to pay an entrance fee of $85.
You acknowledge that all awards and prizes are given only at the discretion of the Outstanding Creator Awards. Participants are not entitled to either awards or prizes, and the Outstanding Creator Awards is not obligated to provide awards or prizes. You also acknowledge that awards and prizes may also differ in size, shape, weight, design, name, or title.
You agree never to harass, dox, or attempt to gain personal information of judges and/or organizers of Outstanding Creator Awards. You agree that the Outstanding Creator Awards is to be held blameless for the contents and opinions of its site and social media posts including with regard to editorial reviews, which are protected under the First Amendment of the United States. You also agree that you will not seek retribution against the judges or organizers of Outstanding Creator Awards for a perceived wrong (such as not winning or placing) such as by posting or sharing defamatory or slanderous statements on social media or to your associates, suing, or threatening to sue. Arbitration may be available via the Better Business Bureau. You acknowledge that refunds cannot occur after 30 days of entry unless in such cases as your entry is denied after the initial 30 days at the discretion of Outstanding Creator Awards.
